Privacy notice

Data we collect

Identification and contact data: name, email, and optional WhatsApp. Project data from the brief. Review text the user pastes, which may contain third-party data that the user must anonymize. Technical data: IP address and session cookies.

We do not collect sensitive data. Card data is processed by Stripe. GamaLabs does not store it.

Primary purposes

To provide the service, charge, give support, send order notices, and prevent fraud and abuse.

Secondary purposes

News and product improvement. You can refuse these by writing to support.

Transfers and processors

Stripe (payments), Supabase and Vercel (hosting, United States), Resend (email), and AI providers (they process the text to generate drafts, without using it for training under their API terms). Data is not sold.

ARCO rights and revocation

Requests go to soporte@gamalabs.ai with identification. The response is sent within 20 business days.

Retention

Data is kept for the relationship and for as long as the law requires. For Reseñas, history can be deleted on request.

Cookies

Session and functional cookies only. Analytics or ads are used only on content pages, and they are declared if they are turned on.

We measure visits and how the site is used with Vercel Web Analytics. That measurement does not use cookies and does not identify a person. We do not sell that data.

Rescate GBP

Guided rescue may receive redacted copies of business documents so a person can review the file. That review is the purpose. The copies stay in a private bucket and are deleted after 30 days. Passwords and account access are not collected.

Weekly newsletter

If you join the weekly AI newsletter, we collect your email, language, and the page you signed up from. The IP address is used only to limit abuse. It stays in the memory of the server that handled the request and is not stored on the newsletter contact. The controller is Gustavo Mier (persona física), nombre comercial GamaLabs, in Querétaro, México.

The purpose is to send the weekly AI newsletter. The legal basis is your consent, given when you sign up and confirmed from the email we send.

The email processor is Resend (United States). We do not sell the address.

We keep the address until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You can also write to soporte@gamalabs.ai.

Access, rectification, cancellation, and objection (ARCO) requests go to soporte@gamalabs.ai.
