Services

Hazme builds one small tool with the fixed scope written in the accepted brief. Anything that is not in the brief is out of scope. Hazme Pro covers one main data entity, one user role, and no third-party integrations except the client’s own Stripe account.

Reseñas is software that suggests reply drafts. Models and Plans are informational content.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD as a reference and charged in MXN by Stripe. The customer covers bank fees and the exchange rate. Prices may change later. A change does not affect a period that is already paid. Prices are shown in USD as a reference. Taxes are included where they apply.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Maintenance and Reseñas Pro or Agency renew automatically each period, monthly or yearly, at the price then in effect, until they are cancelled. Annual plans are emailed before they renew.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal or by writing to support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. There is no proration.

Refunds

There are no refunds, except the guarantee defined here. For Hazme, if GamaLabs does not deliver the first version on time (Express: 3 business days; Pro: 7 calendar days, counted from the slot assignment and the complete receipt of the materials), the customer may request a full refund before accepting the delivery.

Unused credits and subscription periods that have already started are not refunded. Rights that the applicable law does not allow anyone to waive remain in force.

Customer obligations

The customer provides accurate information and has the rights to the logos, text, and data they send. The service may not be used for unlawful purposes, spam, fake reviews, or impersonation.

Intellectual property

Once payment is complete, the customer receives a license or ownership of the delivered code. That transfer does not include third-party components or GamaLabs’ reusable internal templates. GamaLabs may show the work in its portfolio unless the customer asks otherwise.

AI-generated content

Replies and other text can contain errors. The user is responsible for reviewing and publishing them. GamaLabs does not guarantee results such as ratings, sales, or rankings. Using the service for fake or misleading reviews is prohibited.

Third-party services

Hosting, Stripe, Google, AI providers, and similar services are third parties. GamaLabs is not responsible for their outages, price changes, or policies.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the total liability of GamaLabs and Gus is limited to the amount the customer paid in the 3 months before the event. There is no liability for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or lost business. The service is provided as is.

Indemnity

The customer holds GamaLabs harmless from claims that arise from the customer’s content or from the customer’s use of the service.

Suspension

The service may be suspended for non-payment, abuse, or a breach of these terms.

Invoicing

CFDI invoices are not issued automatically. The receipt is the Stripe receipt. A request for an invoice is handled case by case, by writing to support within the month of the purchase, with no guarantee that one will be issued.

Rescate GBP

Rescate GBP prepares a file for a Google Business Profile that was suspended or that Google will not verify. Prices are one-time and in USD: the AI Kit is US$49 and Guided rescue is US$149. Google decides reinstatement and verification. Nobody can guarantee either outcome.

The guaranteed part is delivery of the file within 48 business hours. If that deadline is missed, the refund is total. The Kit is not refunded once the file is delivered. If the data changes, the file is regenerated at no charge.

GamaLabs is not affiliated with Google. “Google Business Profile” is a description of Google’s product. We never ask for passwords or account access. The customer submits the appeal or the video. This is not legal advice.

Guided rescue accepts redacted document copies only, stored in a private bucket and deleted after 30 days.

Verification path: there is no guarantee that Google will verify the profile. The customer records the video and submits it. We never ask for account access. Ineligible businesses are refused, including virtual offices, online-only businesses, shops with no permanent sign that the customer will not switch to a service area, and service-area businesses with no tools, no branded vehicle, and no documents.

These terms can change. The current version and its date are on this page.

Law and venue

Federal laws of Mexico apply. Venue is Querétaro, México. This does not affect PROFECO’s jurisdiction over consumers.
