Terms

Reseñas is a CaseFactory product. It drafts suggested replies to customer reviews. It does not post them to Google, Facebook, Instagram, Mercado Libre or anywhere else.

Drafts are AI-generated suggestions, or templates when no model key is configured. They can be wrong, generic or unsuitable. You must read every draft before you publish it. You are responsible for what you post on your own listings.

Do not use the tool to harass a reviewer, to publish personal data, or to admit fault you have not decided to admit. Do not paste more personal data than you need. The service tries to remove emails and phone numbers before a model sees the text.

The free plan is 3 replies per day. Pro and Agency are subscriptions. Credits are a one-time pack. Daily anti-abuse caps still apply. While the internal pilot is on, checkout uses Stripe test mode only.

The legal name of the operator, RFC and address are TODO — pending legal review. These terms are a product draft, not a finished contract.
