Does Reseñas post the reply to Google, Facebook or Mercado Libre?
No. This MVP does not connect to any platform. You copy the draft and paste it yourself, after reading it.
What language is the reply?
A Spanish review gets a reply in Mexican Spanish. An English review gets an English reply.
How many free replies are there?
Three per day per visitor. The server counts both the IP address and a browser cookie. Clearing the cookie does not reset that IP's quota.
What do Pro and Agency include?
Pro (MXN $199/month) stores history, uses your brand voice (up to 5 of your past replies) and accepts batches of up to 20 reviews, with a 120-reply daily anti-abuse cap. Agency (MXN $990/month) covers up to 10 businesses and a 400-reply daily cap.
What are reply credits?
A pack of 100 replies costs MXN $149. Credits are used after the 3 free replies of the day if you have no subscription. They also have a daily anti-abuse cap.
What about clinic, legal or minors' reviews?
The draft does not confirm that the person is a patient or client, and it does not repeat a diagnosis, treatment, account data or a child's details. It invites a private channel. You still have to read it before posting.
Is a person writing the reply?
No. It is an AI suggestion, or a template when no model key is configured. It can be wrong. Do not post it unread.
What is the internal pilot?
While PILOT_MODE is on (the default), a pilot banner is shown, only Stripe test payment links render, and the webhook ignores livemode true events. Every record is tagged is_test.
