  • Google decides whether the profile comes back or gets verified. What is guaranteed is delivery within 48 business hours: if that is missed, the refund is total. The Kit is not refunded once the file is delivered. If your data changes, we regenerate it free.
  • GamaLabs is not affiliated with Google. We never ask for passwords, account access, or a photo of your government ID: you submit the appeal or the video. Guided rescue accepts redacted copies only, in a private bucket, deleted after 30 days.

What you receive

  • A probable cause mapped to an official Google help page.
  • For a suspension: fixes before the appeal, what not to do, an appeal letter in Spanish and English, evidence for Mexico and the United States, a video script, and a plan B.
  • For verification: a step-by-step video script for your case, a checklist with no sensitive data, the support path when no method is offered, and a support letter. If Google shows the government-ID upload test, do not send us the photo. Upload it only inside Google’s own flow.
