Google’s blog says Gemini 4 Argon is available to developers, enterprises, and paid Gemini subscribers, with an introductory API price.
On 13 Oct 2026 Google’s blog said Gemini 4 Argon is globally available in the Gemini API, in Google AI Ultra and Pro surfaces, and in the Gemini app and AI Mode for those subscribers.
The same post lists an introductory API price of $2 per million input tokens and $10 per million output tokens through 30 Nov 2026, then $4 and $20. That is an API price, not the consumer plan price. The consumer entry on the Gemini tool page stays TODO.
This release does not change a rank by itself. The prompt suite has not been run, and a human has not signed the top 3.
