Review replies for beauty salons
Color, cut and wait time. A fix is offered in private, without scolding the client on the review.
The result shows, and so does the reply
A negative salon review is usually about color, the cut, the wait or the manner. The next client reads whether you shrug (“that is how blonde looks”) or open a door to fix it.
Do not post care instructions as a scolding. “You did not wash it the way I said” is a fight. In public, say you are sorry it did not turn out as she hoped and invite her to come in or write so you can see it in person.
A Saturday batch
If you answer fifteen reviews on Monday, do not use the same paragraph fifteen times. Vary warm and brief, and separate thank-yous from the ones that need a fix.
On Pro you can paste them at once, separated by a line with ---. Still read each draft. A salon that copies without reading will post an apology under a compliment.
Instagram is the window
The short version is for a story or a comment, not for the Google wall. One line of thanks and an invitation to come back is enough. The detail of a fix stays in the direct message.
The examples are fictional. The draft on the home page is a suggestion: read it before you post it.
