Internal pilot · test payments only · no real clients yet

Hazme · CaseFactory

We build the small tool, so you do not have to learn to code.

A quote calculator, a landing page with a form, a catalog, simple bookings, or a mini-CRM. You answer six questions. The scope is written down, the price is in pesos, and delivery is in days.

This phase is an internal pilot. Payment buttons open Stripe test mode only.

The problem

You need a small tool, not a software department.

  1. 01

An agency quotes a large product.

A quote calculator or a page with a form should not be priced like a multi-month system.

  2. 02

Coding with AI is still a project.

Someone has to pick a stack, fix errors, and publish. If you do not program, that becomes the job.

  3. 03

What is usually missing is one piece.

Calculate a price, receive messages, show a catalog, note appointments, or keep a short client list.

How it works

Four steps, with the scope closed before we build.

  1. 01

    You answer six questions.

In plain language: which tool, why, what the person does, what data it uses, which package, and how to reach you.

  2. 02

You pay the package in full.

Payment is upfront, through Stripe. During the pilot, that payment is a test and does not hire the service.

  3. 03

We build it and publish it.

On your subdomain or on a casefactory.ai subdomain. Express in 72 hours and Pro in 7 days, counted from when a slot is open.

  4. 04

You review it with the included rounds.

You own the delivered code. Anything that was not in the brief is outside those rounds.

Scope examples

Five requests that fit a package.

These describe the kind of tool, not client work. There are no logos and no stats, because we do not invent them.

  • Quote calculator

A visitor builds a price from your rules (size, flavor, date) and leaves their details. You receive the quote.

Express, if there are no accounts and no payment on the page.

  • Landing page with a form

A page that explains the service and stores a name, a contact, and the message.

    Express.

  • Catalog

A list of products or services with price and availability, plus a form to ask about one item.

Express without accounts. Pro if each person signs in.

  • Simple bookings

A person requests a time. You confirm it. This is not a multi-location booking system.

Express if it is only a request. Pro if you keep the calendar behind a login.

    Start from this example
  • Mini-CRM

A private list of clients, a note, and the next task. Not a full sales CRM.

Pro, because it needs a login and a database.

CaseFactory sites

Two of our own sites, so you can see the kind of work.

gamalabs.ai/en/models and gamalabs.ai/en/plans belong to CaseFactory. They are not clients. They show a published bilingual site with one clear job.

Questions

What is included, and what is not, before you pay.

Do I need to know how to code?
No. The brief is in plain language. You describe the tool and CaseFactory builds it.
What does Express include?
One tool or one page, with no user accounts. That fits a quote calculator, a landing page with a form, a simple catalog, or a booking request. It costs MXN $2,900, is delivered in 72 hours after a slot is assigned, and includes 1 change round.
What does Pro include?
A small tool that needs a database, a login, or Stripe payments. It costs MXN $7,900, is delivered in 7 days after a slot is assigned, and includes 2 change rounds.
What is a change round?
One list of adjustments to the delivered version, inside the written scope. It is not a new project. A request that was not in the brief uses the pack of 5 changes for MXN $990.
