Privacy notice
A short privacy notice for the Hazme brief, written with Mexico’s LFPDPPP in mind. The legal name, address, and ARCO contact are filled in before any real client. This text is not a substitute for a legal review.
Controller
The controller is GamaLabs, the operator of CaseFactory. The tax address and RFC are not published yet. Until they are, we do not take real clients.
Data we ask for
Name, email, WhatsApp if you provide it, and the project description (tool type, problem, steps, data the tool would use, and notes). We do not ask for a card number.
Why
To write the scope, charge the package, build the tool, show you the status, and email the brief to the person operating CaseFactory.
Who else processes it
Stripe processes the payment. Supabase stores the brief and the status. Resend sends the notification email to the operator. Each one handles only that part.
How long
We keep the brief and the payment record for the life of the project and for as long as a clarification or refund needs it. During the pilot, records are tagged as tests.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, cancellation, or opposition. The contact email is published here once it exists. Until then, the request is handled on the same email thread CaseFactory uses to answer your brief.
What we do not do
We do not sell this data and we do not use it for third-party advertising. We do not publish your name as a client.
