Terms of service
These terms describe Hazme, a CaseFactory service (by GamaLabs). The legal name, address, and tax id still need a legal review before any real client. Until then, the site stays in pilot.
Internal pilot
While the pilot notice is on screen, Hazme is in internal validation. Payments use Stripe test mode. A test payment does not hire the service, does not create a duty to deliver, and is not a sale. Briefs from this phase are tagged as tests.
Fixed scope
The scope is the brief plus what the chosen package includes. We do not work by the hour and we do not take an open list of ideas. Anything that is not written down is out.
Change rounds
Express includes 1 round. Pro includes 2. A round is one list of adjustments to the delivered version, inside that scope. Extra changes are a pack of 5, for MXN $990, on a tool that was already delivered. The pack does not turn the job into a different product.
Deadline and refund
Express is delivered in 72 hours and Pro in 7 days. The clock starts when payment for that package is confirmed and the project has a slot that week. If the project is still not delivered when that deadline passes, the client can ask for a full refund of that package. The refund is issued from Stripe. Maintenance and extra changes do not carry that build guarantee.
Ownership of the code
The client owns the delivered code for their project, including the text and data they provided. CaseFactory may keep using generic building methods on other jobs, not the client’s content or brand.
Work we refuse
We refuse illegal projects and scraping projects. If the brief describes that work, the status stays refused and no payment link is offered. A payment that arrives anyway does not oblige us to build; it is reviewed for a refund.
Maintenance and hosting
The MXN $390 monthly plan is optional. It covers ongoing hosting and small fixes to what was already delivered. The first publication is part of the build package. Without maintenance, we hand over the code so the client can host it. The subscription is cancelled in the Stripe customer portal.
Capacity
Each week has a limited number of Express or Pro builds. If the week is full, payment puts the project in the queue and the deadline does not run yet.
Payment
The package is paid 100% upfront through a Stripe link. We do not store the card number. During the pilot, only test-mode links are shown.
